Brushstroke is David Bouley’s Japanese restaurant in TriBeca.  We came here for an early lunch one beautiful Saturday to try the tasting menu ($55).  In the tasting menu, you get to select one Appetizer, one Entree, one Rice Entree and one Dessert.  The menu also includes the daily Sakizuke (appetizer).
